Scope of Work: This extension will allow for continued food service to inmates three times per day for the extension period in compliance with the minimal standards for local jail established by the American Corrections Association (ACA). All meals served will be nutritious and in compliance with minimum dietary guidelines set by the ACA. Additional duties include providing inmate meals conforming to medically prescribed diets, liquid nutritional supplements including snacks when prescribed and meals to inmates at court and the intake area of the facility.
