In accordance with Purchasing Code Section 102-240, contract modifications within scope of the contract and necessary for contract completion of the contract, in the specification, services, time of performance or terms and conditions of the contract shall be forwarded to the Board of Commissioners for approval.

SUMMARY & BACKGROUND
The Department of Senior Services request approval. The Atlanta Regional Commission is the recipient of the State of Georgia's Older American Act funds. The ARC is responsible for ensuring that these funds are utilized in the provision of services to the elderly throughout the State of Georgia. The Families First amendment to the Response to Coronavirus Act enables the Department to provide more units of service for Home Delivered Meals and Congregate Meals. Open Hand Atlanta has been providing quality services to Fulton County eligible seniors for over 20 years. Open Hand Atlanta continues to be a vital partner with the ability to provide nutritious meals to seniors in need.
Scope of Work: The Department of Senior Services is the County based agency designated to provide Older Americans Act services within Fulton County.
