Scope of Work: Youth Services
Section 129(c) (1) of the WIOA, requires that design framework for youth programs must include the following: (a.) Provide an objective assessment of each participant, which includes a review of academic levels, basic skills, occupational skills, prior work experience, employability, interests, aptitudes, supportive service needs, and development needs. The assessment is for the purpose of identifying appropriate services to form the service plan. (b.)
