SUMMARY & BACKGROUND

The Fulton County Library System request approval to use BeltLine TAD Funds to procure books and other collections. During the construction phase of the Library renovations, the Phase I libraries received funding for a new collection of books that has now aged. Phase II library funding included funding for renovations and construction but did not include funding for books. This funding will address the need for a new collection at the Phase II Libraries while also addressing the issue of aged books in Phase I. All 34 library locations will receive new materials with this enhancement funding.

Scope of Work: This is an enhancement usage approval request to utilize the BeltLine TAD funding line for the procurement of books and other collections.
