SUMMARY & BACKGROUND Request approval of Change Order No. 2 to provide replacement of ADA wheelchair lift at the Hammond House Museum.
Scope of Work: The Elevator Contractor will furnish all labor, equipment, tools, and materials necessary to address the change order that require modifications to the existing Scope of Work to facilitate the replacement of the existing wheelchair lift at the Hammond House Museum, which is owned by Fulton County, and located at 503 Peeples Street SW, Atlanta, GA 30310. The scope includes the installation of one (1) V-1504 Vertical Platform Lift manufactured by Savaria.
