(Atlanta, GA) to provide legal assistance and services to senior citizens. This action exercises the second of two renewal options. No renewal options remain. In accordance with Purchasing Code Section 102-394(6), the Purchasing Department shall present all renewal requests to the Board of Commissioners at least 90 days prior to the contract renewal date or 60 days if the contract term is six (6) months or less.

Superior Court Administration requests approval to renew an existing contract with Atlanta Legal Aid Society, Inc. to provide legal assistance and services to senior citizens.
Scope of Work: The Family Law Resource Section of the Fulton County Courts Justice Resource Center (JRC) is designed to primarily to assist low to moderate income individuals who ordinarily could not afford an attorney.
