Scope of Work After consultation with representatives of the County's Department of Real Estate and Asset Management, Finance Department and the County Attorney's Office and bond counsel, the County has determined to reprogram the Surplus 2017/2019 FCURA Funds and memorialize the reprioritization of the animal shelter, as identified in the Facility Improvement Master Plan and the urban redevelopment plan. This will administratively reprogram available funding for the completion of an Animal Control Facility (Animal Shelter) and reallocate the surplus of the 2017 and 2019 FCURA funds, in full, to the Animal Shelter Project.

Community Impact: Will redirect available funds to necessary efforts to complete the Animal Shelter facility.
