Request approval of a recommended proposal - Information Technology, 22RFP315692K-BKJ, Design, Development and Implementation of Employee Intranet Site in an amount not to exceed $1,106,000.00 with Svanaco Inc., DBA Americaneagle.com (Des Plaines, IL), to create an internal-facing employee intranet portal that focuses on employee services and communications. Effective upon issuance of a Notice to Proceed and shall continue until the sooner of (a) a period of 18 months; (b) Final Acceptance; or (c) the Agreement is terminated as provided in the contract. 100% grant funded from ARPA. SUMMARY & BACKGROUND: The scope of work is to develop, design, and implement an employee intranet portal, as well as assist with enhancements and remediations to the public-facing internet site. As this initiative supports a remote workforce, IT proposes the use of American Rescue Plan Act funds as the funding source for the initiative.
