Request approval of the lowest responsible bidder - Department of Real Estate and Asset Management, 22ITB121622K-DJ, Industrial Racking for the Fulton County Central Warehouse in an amount not to exceed $3,137,629.89 with McGee Storage & Handling (Norcross, GA), to provide and install industrial racking. Effective upon issuance of Notice to Proceed for 270 calendar days or completion of project as determined by Fulton County. This is a one-time procurement. (APPROVED)

SUMMARY & BACKGROUND.
Scope of Work: The services to be furnished under this contract include all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and appurtenances necessary to provide and install a variety (narrow isle, palette & other suggested) type of industrial racking for selected County Departments at the Fulton County Central Warehouse located at 5600 Campbellton-Fairburn Road, Atlanta, GA 30213.
