Request approval of a contract between Fulton County, Georgia and the Johns Creek Arts Center, Inc., a Georgia non-profit corporation, for the purpose of providing funding in the amount of $200,000.00 for the operation and management of the current arts and culture programs based at 6290 Abbotts Bridge Road, Johns Creek, Georgia 30097 as well as to provide a Multicultural Performing Arts Center feasibility study and expanded operational programming. The term of the contract is effective upon execution through December 31, 2023. (APPROVED)

Pursuant to Fulton County Code Section 1-117, O.C.G.A. ? 36-1-19.1, and O.C.G.A. ? 36-10-1, the Board of Commissioners has exclusive jurisdiction over its affairs and may make charitable contributions in the form of contracts for services, with such contracts to be in writing and spread on the minutes.
