In accordance with Purchasing Code Section 102-420, contract modifications within the scope of the contract and necessary for contract completion of the contract, in the specifications, services, time of performance or terms and conditions of the contract shall be forwarded to the Board of Commissioners for approval.

SUMMARY & BACKGROUND: The Department of Public Works is seeking approval to accept the name change and to authorize the Department of Public Works and Department of Purchasing & Contract Compliance to reflect the name change.
All documents pertinent to the Consent to Assignment and Assumption of the Contract and name change are attached as Exhibits(s).
Contract Agreement:
1. 21ITB000014A-CJC, Sanitary Sewer Easement Maintenance
Scope of Work: In order to be in compliance with the Fulton County Government policies and contract agreement terms and conditions, the name change has to be approved by the Fulton County Board of Commissioners. There are no changes in terms and conditions.
Community Impact: There is no community impact.
Department Recommendation: The Department of Public Works recommends approval.
