Request approval of an Amended and Restated Economic Development Services Agreement between Fulton County, Georgia and the Development Authority of Fulton County (DAFC) to ensure efficiency of service delivery and coordination of the County's economic development efforts. Effective upon execution for an initial term of five (5) years and then an automatic renewal period of five (5) additional years. (APPROVED AMENDED)

Scope of Work: On December 12, 2020, pursuant to Agenda Item 20-0899, the County and DAFC entered into an agreement for the provision of economic development services within the County. This Amended and Restated Agreement modifies that previous agreement by further clarifying the relationship between Select Fulton and the DAFC to ensure coordinated and collaborative efforts regarding economic development within the County.
