Request approval of an art contract in the amount of $8,000.00 to commission Karen Anderson Singer d/b/a Tiny Doors ATL LLC to create an original 3D sculpture that embodies the rich history and sense of place of Fulton County and 20 small scale replicas that will be gifted to visiting dignitaries, and authorization of the County Attorney to approve this contract as to form and to make necessary changes to the contract to protect the County's interest prior to execution. The term of this contract is upon BOC approval through December 31, 2024. (APPROVED UPON ADOPTION OF THE CONSENT AGENDA)

In accordance with O.C.G.A ? 36-10-1, requests for approval of contractual agreements shall be forwarded to the Board of Commissioners for approval. Additionally, pursuant to O.C.G.A. ? 36-1-19.1, Fulton County is authorized and empowered under the laws of the State of Georgia to enter into a contract for services with individuals, organizations and institutions, for purely charitable purposes and to purchase services from such persons.
