Summary & Background As a result of the COVID-19 public health crisis, the County entered into an Emergency Authorization Agreement with A & A All County Monitoring Services, Inc., to provide electronic monitoring and GPS services for the County Court Backlog Project ("Project ORCA") in order to address and alleviate overcrowding conditions at the Fulton County Jail. This request is to extend the contract for an additional 30 day period in order for the Evaluation Committee to complete the evaluation process.
