Emergency Water Conservation Measures (Board Item #07-0889) outlined a three-phase plan designed to encourage customers to reduce water usage. In addition to the three-phase plan, the Board agreed to participate in the toilet retrofit rebate program. O.C.G.A. ? 12-5-572 established the MNGWPD and charged it with addressing comprehensive water resource management planning from a regional perspective through policies, plans and intergovernmental coordination.
