Request approval of a contract between Fulton County, Georgia and the Johns Creek Arts Center, Inc., a Georgia non-profit corporation, for the purpose of providing recurring funding in the amount of $200,000.00 for the operation and management of the current arts and culture programs based at 6290 Abbotts Bridge Road, Johns Creek, Georgia 30097, and to provide expanded operational programming. The term of the contract is effective upon execution through December 31, 2024. (APPROVED)
