This recommendation is to increase the spending authority for fiscal year 2020. The Department of Senior Services received three (3) grants in addition to its annual FY20 nutrition budget to provide emergency home delivered meals to Fulton County residents in response to the global pandemic. There are eight (8) outstanding invoices that pertain to COVID-19 related meals provided in FY20 and require additional authority.
