SUMMARY & BACKGROUND It is the recommendation that a KNOWiNK technician be on hand in order to help override, guide and/or complete a task that would get the voting system up and running quickly. Historically, with new systems and especially, since the implementation of this system, and from prior experience in previous elections - 2021, it is noted that there is a need to have the technicians available.
Scope of Work: Aligning our organization with expertise and assistance is without a doubt paramount in the Election process. KNOWiNK readily can and does assist with the replication of the data that is concise and updated repeatedly during the election process. KNOWiNK technicians will be able to assist with conducting poll pad updating and assist in downloading the Election Day election file from Secretary of State.
